Our class has won 2nd place in the Halloween Room Decorating contest, and we will be having a pizza party on Monday, November 2nd! Children will not need to bring their lunches, unless you prefer them to eat an alternative meal.

Camp Emerson Store
Camp Emerson will be hosting a snack sale this Friday, August 21st! We will be selling snack bags (age appropriate) that we have made and juice boxes for 50 cents each.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit The Emerson Foundation.
Please send your child's order in a marked envelope on or before Friday so (s)he may participate. Each class will have a designated time to shop and enjoy the treats.

CENTERS (COMMUNICATION SKILLS & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT)
IN ADDITION TO CHILD-LED PLAY IN ANY OF OUR AGE-APPROPRIATE, EDUCATIONAL TOY CENTERS, WE WILL HAVE THEME RELATED ACTIVITIES OUT TO REINFORCE THE CURRICULUM.
OUTDOOR PLAY SKILLS (GROSS MOTOR & SOCIAL SKILLS)
EITHER OUTSIDE OR IN THE MOTOR ROOM, WE WILL WORK ON MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT AND COORDINATION WHILE CONTINUING TO HONE OUR SOCIAL SKILLS. THEME BASED ACTIVITIES WILL BE A FOCUS.

Kinderdance
Kinderdance classes begin tomorrow! If you wish for your child to participate and have not yet signed them up, please do so immediately! We would like for the full class to be included.
Classes will be held every other Thursday beginning tomorrow. Each session is $5 ($30 for the summer). Checks can be made to Emerson Academy, or you may include the class fees with your monthly tuition check.
